My name is Alex and I first introduced to Utility Warehouse through Andrea. Andrea at the time was part of the Corporate Challenge raising funds for east Lancashire hospice, as was I. Straight away we clicked and became friends, although I was not a partner at that time.

I was managing a Homecare service, which unfortunately didn’t work out for me and I found myself out of work for a short time. This had a huge impact of me and my family. I reached out to Andrea and immediately signed up as a partner with Utility Warehouse.

Andrea was a life line for me at the time and supported me through the introduction and getting started with UW which enabled me to sign up customers and build my confidence , not only for myself , but in the company. This in turn provided a well needed income at a time in my life which was tough.

I attended the Amplify event with Andrea and some other colleagues and was blown away around the company and what values they stood by. UW has no limits of who can join, and I love the ethos that we are all one team.... Team Purple. As a nurse I feel that UW sill enables me to help others in a different way, which has broadened my mind a little. I love attending all the events and try to contribute as much as possible.
